I called this office asking about a chemical peel, and the person who answered did not know if they did them so she said she needed to ask someone. She came back on the phone and said they did not. I told her that I thought this was strange--that this is a dermatologist and it is advertised on their website. Then she told me the website needed to be updated and that it was wrong. When I questioned her again, she said she had asked a medical assistant but now she would ask a nurse. Evidently, the nurse said they did do peels.... read more

Cleared my acne and hyperpigmentation in less than a month!
Went to my appointment and they told me I had a balance. I explained to them I never received a bill and that I already have to pay a $50 dollar copay. I told them that if I owed anything typically I receive a statement or invoice. The lady said she would talk with the office manager and let me know what they can do. They basically told me I would have to pay the balance and my copay in order to be seen. I decided to leave because that was not fair. The receptionist nor the manager seemed to care.
