Had surgery here in February (about 10 months ago) facility was clean staff were friendly Consult and surgery with Dr Siddique went great. Spent 1 night there and felt taken care of. Thank you DOC surgical hospital
Came with my brother for a knee surgery, they don’t allow family even though he is a celebrity. I understand that this is their policy but we made sure to get the doctor’s approval. If we knew, we’d choose another center. The staff was rude and nurse Daniel was aggressive and unpleasant. She made faces the whole time and let my brother leave with 10/10 pain, clammy and unaware of where he is. Will report to the Joint Commission.
This “hospital” ruined my life, my ankle and foot, and left me with intense ptsd. I was operated on by Dr. Wang. Unbeknownst to me he has/had a number of malpractice cases open against him. But leaving him aside… I was supposed to have early morning, two-or-three hour surgery at DOCS-ORTHO on September 30, 2022. I don’t remember anything after about 11 am. I woke up at 6:30pm. To this day I don’t have a lot of answers about what happened to me, and the hospital admitted the surgeon’s conduct was “unusual,” but they continue ... read more

Five stars for the medical service but zero stars for billing. Make sure to advocate for yourself and get every little detail before going through with any procedure here. The quality of service at the actual facility is top-notch. Doctors and nurses are amazing. The issue I had was that the billing department was supposed to call me beforehand and notify me what my maximum expense would be after insurance.
