The only thing i honestly hate is the wait i see no use for them to give you an appt, if your not going to be seen until almost an hr later then they take you to the room and thats another wait, am thinking of changing doctors.
I received the best care from doctors on duty. I wouldn't believe I was a walk in clinic. I was seen in less than 10 minutes( no appointment) and walked out in less than an hour. I had a herniated disk in my neck, received x- rays, referrals and also non invasive, alternative therapy recommendations. I was really impressed. Thank you to Maureen- super sweet and attentive, Dr. Joy and Jamie. If you ever have to go to a walk in clinic this is the one! Thank you
Dr. Yien is exceedingly knowledgeable, thorough, attentive and efficient. She clearly practices "whole person" medicine and accounts for a patient's overall circumstances as relates to healing.
When I initially went to Dr's on Duty on 2/4 as a result of my work injury, I wasn't very satisfied with the care I was given. I saw Dr. Minkner twice in the same day. I had to go in for a repeat visit because my pain had not gone down. During my second visit, I felt he insinuated by the words he used that I was drug seeking. I felt he was confusing my anxiety, caused by my pain level not going down, with drug seeking behavior.
