I was very pleased with my experience at Doctors On Duty everyone was pleasant and helpful the doctor was great,I did not feel rushed and they got me in and out in a very reasonable time. Rudy my dog liked it too.
They are very thorough and takes care of their patients. Dr. Yien is the best!
Doctor D. Jhonson is the best doctor I have ever seen. No BS listens and tells you how it is.
Maureen was a friendly, nice and helpful nurse. Dr.Hallas was nice, knowledgeable and helpful. The overall service was efficient and speedy. I would recommend doctors on duty.
Saw Doctor Yien this morning! Another great visit. Always nice to see her smiling face and hear her great medical advice. Feeling blessed to have this great doctor ‘hear me out’ and not just say “your gonna have to make another appointment for that” like most doctors do-every time I go she addresses all my medical needs! There was a bit of a wait today but she was busy! Caring for everyone! I didn’t mind I brought a book and the staff is really nice and polite! I would wait forever and a day for Dr. Yien! I thought my PA was quite good and thorough, and they got me into a room in less than 15 minutes both times I have visited. But I am disappointed that I went to the pharmacy this evening, and the prescription that was supposed to have been called in, wasn’t. Seriously?!
Dr. Karen Yein, I want to thank you for your great care, I was given last month when I was feeling horrible. You sat down and gave me eye contact and listen to me. Bravo to Doctors on Duty in Santa Cruz. The staff was amazing also very professional. I highly recommend doctors on duty. A shout out to Luis the medical assistant thank you for being so kind and giving me a cup of water.
Doctor Miki Joy is my favorite. He talks like a Doctor of medicine, not like he’s explaining rocket science to a 4 year old and I appreciate that. He’s kind, direct, and thorough. I’m not sure if he did all the reflex, eye, ear and throat checks for my benefit or not but I felt like I got my money’s worth haha. I also appreciate that he sits down and explains things whilst looking at you in the face instead of this turn and burn practice that has become popular with doctors and medicine in America. ��
