Wonderful staff. Friendly easy and helpful.
Everyone is friendly and very helpful!! That is rare these days!
Doctor and staff were personable and very professional and informative. Have a great experience with every visit.
I was going to Optim Eyes which was just ok. I wanted to try Lens crafters which I was so glad I did. Dr. Redmond at the Novi Twelve Oaks was excellent. They also have state of the art equipment which I had not seen before.
