Great experience, staff and physician was cordial and very professional. They know how to treat their customers. I will be be patronizing them again soon. Much kudos to Lenscrafters.
Staff failed to notify me that they're no longer taking my insurance and I had to pay out of pocket. Next time, confirm the type of insurance a client has instead of just asking if they have insurance. Better yet, start with registration first before sending the patient to run the tests.
Always a pleasure coming here and seeing Carla. She helps me without any trouble and treats me like family. Brian was very helpful too and the doctor was extremely helpful and answered every question
