My father is currently hospitalized here for 6 days and I have only talked to his attending physician ONCE! I have placed multiple calls to Dr. Altine and have not received a call back. We are still wondering what the treatment plan is for my dad who had a stroke WHILE hospitalized here. We all kept telling them his face looked droopy on on side and he was super confused. RecommendedThe staffs were very nice n accommodating. They did all tests to discover the cause of my chest n back pains. The results are all negatives. No problem with my heart ❤️. The pain was only an arthritis. They treated it until the pain went away. They discharged me in the evening of the same day, November 20, 2020. Thank you so much.

RecommendedI had surgery at Spring Valley on 11/24/2020 and the staff was great. Everyone was helpful and friendly. I hope I never need surgery again, but if I do I will choose Spring Valley hospital.

RecommendedPhone RN interviewer, Pre-Op, Post-Op staff, admin, check-in staff, security & RN's were of highest caliber. Nice, polite, social, agreeable & so helpful. Their facility was impeccably clean, had a calm demeaner, spacious and no people traffic. very communicative and sweet sence of humor. ❤

The “emergency” room is ridiculous!!! I went in on Friday with a sugar level of 493...they never rechecked it in triage. Hours later after feeling worse and worse I had them check it and it was over 500...they still made me wait saying there were no beds. However when I went to X-ray, there were 4 empty beds!!! By the time I got in a room in the back it was 14 HOURS LATER!!! Needless to say I was in Diabetic let acidosis, which could be fatal!!!
