Aspirus is the only medical facilities I trust. They are wonderful with our daughters gull bladder removal and my husband post cancer health.
Loved this clinic until their billing department tried to ruin my credit with their mistakes. Sent me a bill for my labs for $600 because the doctor used the “wrong code.” They made the mistakes in coding, then blamed me. Now, they want me to sign something that they’re “not responsible” for billing errors in their office?? I don’t think so.......If I have to sign something, then your office folks need to sign something stating that they will use the correct coding in billing!!!

The case management department is a complete mess. The communication is terrible and not a single individual really knows what is going on with getting my mother placed into a long term facility. Just this week, I have already spoken to 3 different case managers regarding my mothers care; and it is only Thursday as of writing this. And, I have not experienced a single case manger communicating to the next case manager, who is taking over.
