How can Aspirus improve? Prices are absolute robbery. Fleecing of America. Over $200 to simply walk in the door. over $250 for a routine lab.. another $250 for a routine lab.. After Security health negotiated discount over $700 to go see the doc for low level routine care. Feeling ripped off.
I Have Had My Dr. For many years but Aspirus itself is making it hard for me to remain there with constantly getting in the way with letting him just be a good Dr. The latest is I have just seen my Dr. In August for athsma. I need a refill on my inhaler the pharmacy made a call as usual and then Aspius is requiring me to be seen again. I call their clinic to ask and they say unless I get an unrelated physical ($$$) they will not renew my inhaler. I just saw him a little over 2 months ago. Very happy and satisfied on how my son was taken care of as he was seen for a burn on his finger and I was happy they weren't starving for money at check in!!!
I was in a lot of pain and I needed a prescription for pain and a pain shot the staff and Dr were very caring and understanding. I'm very satisfied with the care I received
They can improve by having more receptionist to help people. We stand inline for an appointment 15 min early for you. We are late to Dr. because of wating in line so long. Of course Dr. runs late then and it all snowballs for the rest of the day. If only you would fill those empty desk with people who can help.
Excellent care during my surgical procedure yesterday. Thanks Dr. Roberts, karen kropp-Mueller, Nicole S. and jennalee. They took great care of me!
Currently going on AN HOUR past my appointment time just sitting in the exam room. No word on why, just silence. I do expect my clinic to value my time as much as I value theirs.
