The (Aspirus) Nurse on the nurse direct line was so rude that she convinced me to use Ascension 30 minutes away.

had a friend go there when she was sick and was treated rudely by a worker and given over the counter pain meds to find out later she had lung issues they ignored

By training it’s employees not to mislead people into thinking that their insurance will cover services then not taking responsibility when people get screwed over. Shame on you. The office I went to had faulty computers and checking in took a long time even though there was no one else in line. They took my insurance card to the back and since I inquired several times I assumed they were checking to make sure I was covered, especially when they told me they checked and that I was. I would not recommend working for this organization. I was employed for 2 years before being fired. In the 2 years my only issues were always with HR. 11/22 I tested positive for Covid with no symptoms. I contacted employee health after calling in for my shift that day. When contacting them I was told with no symptoms I could be there. I thought that sounded off so I repeated it back, “you’re telling me with a positive test and no symptoms I can come to work?” The girl said “yes”. My daughter went to see Dr McKenzie in September for severe lower back pain. He told her that she definitely has a problem but needed a MRI to get a full picture. It took almost a month for her to get in for a MRI. When the results came back and a appointment was scheduled. just went to the er for a chronic back spasm and pain issue I have. I'm working with my normal doctor to get straightened out but when it gets bad I have to go in. I wad given a shot that did not help in which I explained that. I got told that that's all we're doing and follow up with my primary. so now home and still can't sleep or even get remotely comfortable. The er doctor that started at 7 pm tonight is every rude and doesnt listen to people about what is wrong the last time I seen him he told me that there was nothing wrong with me and the very next day I was in surgery getting a pacemaker. I went in because I got a shock from it and he tells me again that there is nothing wrong with me
