be careful of fraudulent billing, I have been billed, i have clear receipt of making a payment, they said that money went a different bill but won't provide any other information. I was told they don't have a formal process for process filing complaints about billing errors. Either ridiculous incompetence or a straight lie.

It’s too bad the only option I have for heath care is aspirus in wausau. Wish I would have the option of going to marshfield clinic. Both of my visits have been worthless and a waste of time and money. Thanks for wasting my time, money and my premiums. Every single person was rude from the moment I got there to questions about billing. I would be ashamed and embarrassed if this was somewhere I worked.
