Complete disregard for personal and private information combined with an awful lack of proper communication makes this place a straight up red flag for any type of medical care. 3x received someone else paperwork with ALL of their info and when it was finally time to the right one for the person whose HIPPA authorizes me picking it up suddenly that person has to sign it. I want to give a shout out to Dr.Vasovski at the Doctor's Care of Aiken. He was such a sweet man. He was very professional and competent in attending to my puncture wound. He made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I will definitely be coming back for any future occurrences.

Worse experience of my life. I was in so much pain on july 7th 2020 at 6 o clock. The front desk receptionist stopped me mid enter to tell me that if I didnt have a mask I couldnt be seen. I said ma'am I'm in so much pain do you have any in the back. As she was swinging back and forth in her chair, she told me " we aint got none." When I said so I cant be seen because i don't have a mask. She litetally said "NOPE" and rolled her eyes. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. Lindsey Burke, PA saw my son today—I let him go in on his own since he’s an adult, but he asked her all the appropriate questions. His throat is white and cheesy, he smells like strep, I told him make sure she knows that amoxicillin does not work for you. He went in and she said she did not even swab his throat Thoroughly, he said she barely touched it. So his strep test came back negative. I can smell it across the room. My daughter broke her leg, they didn’t have any wheel chairs and had to push her to get X-ray in an office chair. They didn’t explain anything just gave her a boot and crutches and said we need to see orthopedic. Than when we went home they prescribed some meds and said to call if she is having pain. She couldn’t sleep has been in a lot of pain so we called at 9am they said they’d have someone call back didn’t hear from them so we called back around 2pm. Arrived and was checked in at 9:42 am. 12:30 pm still waiting. What really pissed me off was 2 white families checked in an hour after me and they were called in. Left there and was seen in 10 minutes by the VA. Also recommended to my provider at the VA that they remove Doctors Care in Orangeburg off of their alternate provider list.

I went for treatment was told I had to go purchase a mask so I did the nurse practitioner didn't have on a mask when he care into the room. ti was given a steroid shot with no relief at all for sciatic nerve. I was told call back if not better. I called was told by Jonathan "We suggest you go to go to University Prompt care for future treatment. We don't prescribe pain medIcation. " The nurse practitioner refused to come to the phone.
