Seafood platter is awesome. I don't normally like stuffed crabs in restaurants- too much filler and not enough crab. The ones at Doc's are loaded with real crab meat and are quite tasty as was the shrimp, oysters and fish! Gumbo was pretty good too.

Here we are again 35 years later & it’s still the best fried shrimp I’ve ever eaten! I’ve been reading a lot of the reviews & am confused as to where these folks that are saying it was so bad & service was terrible are eating! One review said pancakes were bad, pancakes? Docs doesn’t do breakfast do they? Baked oysters? Papa Rocco’s & Sunliner Diner commenting on reviews?
Great food Great servers and they sell the best coconut body scrub you’ll ever find
Food is just mediocre at best. Stuffed crabs had absolutely no crab meat. They literally only had stuffing. The baked potato came out wrapped in foil not even cut in half. We didn’t try the fried shrimp but based on what we did eat I’m sure it’s only as good as everyone else’s. Cost is pricey compared to other restaurants in the area. Service was pleasant.
