We are a laid back family style restaurant. We specialize in the original Calabash fried seafood: shrimp, flounder, scallops, oysters, deviled crabs and the best hushpuppies in the Carolinas. We also serve the best certified angus steaks in the area.

Our entire family eats here every beach trip, sometimes twice. Consistently the best food at the beach at very reasonable prices. Service is excellent. By far the best popcorn shrimp I have ever eaten. Fresh and prepared in such a way that you can eat plates of it. Even the steaks are the best on the beach. You want a great affordable experience this is the sure thing. Only minutes from North Myrtle
I had a great experience at Dockside with excellent food and friendly service plus an awesome view looking out on the water.
They said the wait was going to be 35 minutes and it was actually 15 minutes. The service was very good from a young gentleman that was very polite and of course the food was excellent. We eat here every time we come to myrtle beach. I highly recommend.
Not fresh seafood!!!! Right on the water and the fish seemed to be fed in the freezer aisle. Fish Camp from 1970. Our food was cold and soggy. I had a piece of fish that was not the type I ordered. I feel worse for having eaten there.
Atmosphere is wonderful, help is wonderful...food was just OK where it used to be awesome! The green beans were not seasoned at all. The fried shrimp on the kids menu were greasy, the fries and chicken were good!
Good food great service at a reasonable price had plenty to eat would recommend it to anyone
I've been twice was there yesterday right as they opened. Order clam strips again and they're on point!!!!
Hadn't been to the Dockside in about thirty years. It was delicious as I remembered. Great service, huge portions. Definitely will stop in the next time I'm at the Beach.
We have not been to Dockside for years, for nostalgia we went. The food was just as delicious as I remembered. Fresh and well prepared! The Dockside will be our go to place for seafood in Calabash. Great job Dockside!
