They did a great job! Meet some interesting people while I waited. Just next time I will have someone drop me off so I don't have to wait .
This was my 2nd or 3rd time at Dobbs and once again, the staff was great, my service was completed in a minimal amount of time, and I am pleased with my service/overall experience. I live in Wentzville, so it's important to me to spend my $$$ in the community in which I live, provided that the service is acceptable. With that being said, Dobbs of Wentzville is my tire service provider!

I have been a long time dobbs customer although I have only been to this location once or twice. I mostly went to the one in fairview heights Illinois when I lived there but now the Wentzville location is the closest. The wentzville location is the least friendly and I was trying to call to schedule an oil change for my husbands truck as he wont be able to before we have to travel to a funeral. I price shopped tires at 4 Tire Stores in St. Charles and Dobbs had the lowest price and wonderful customer service by Justin. Thanks for a great tire buying experience.
Place is a joke. Went there first time, told ,1-1/2 hr They called, came back, same thing, 1-1/2. Now a lady's up there begging for an oil change. Justin is not mgmt. capable at all.
Went to Dobbs to get tires put on and a alignment for a appointment at 9 am came back at 11:30 to see my truck still In the parking lot come to find out that they do not know how to put on tires or do alignment let me tell you when picking a place to get your tires put on make sure they are capable to do it so long store short I spent $1500 on tires that I had to pick up and take them to a place that know what the hell they were doing next time I will just order my tire off the internet and save my self the time and headache
