Wow! If you want to pay for work to be done that doesn’t get done, get your car fixed here!! $496.49 in services NOT rendered & a store manager, Jerry Davenport, who’s avoiding the issue by leaving for the day before I get there to be refunded. Unbelievably frustrated & disappointed to think that they’re taking advantage for people less knowledgeable & persistent than we are!
Super service! We were traveling with a loaded horse trailer and ran into some tire trouble. Jerry and the guys dropped everything to help us and get back on the road quickly, which was super appreciated with two horses on a 90 degree day.
Very courteous and polite people. Always able to get some day service. Had to wait sometimes but work was done. Wentzville location fantastic.
I called the day before and asked about safety and emissions and was told to drop it off in the morning and they would get to it. After I arranged for someone to pick me up so I could leave my vehicle, I got there at 10 am and I'm told they don't have time to do it. I was told maybe I should have gotten there when they opened at 7. I was never told to have it there at 7. The day before the guy asked if I could leave it all day and said yes. Dobbs, you are horrible!
Dobbs sucks. Literally left me with pieces falling off of my car after $1000 repair. Will never use Dobbs again.
I know this is a tough week given how many people (like me) are preparing their vehicles for travel. I appreciate the staff accomodating me in to their busy schedule and making sure I hit the road with no problems. Thank you!!!
My brother and I were traveling from Tennessee to Nebraska when we had truck problems. Fortunately Dobbs was close by and they were able to look at the truck. Unfortunately they could get the part until the next morning (it was late evening) leaving us to figure out what to do for the night. The manager Jerry took us to get dinner and to a hotel for the evening. The next morning when the truck was repaired Jerry sent someone to pick us up. We have been coming to this location for years and will keep coming here for many more! We can’t say enough about how great they have been to us and how well they have taken care of our vehicles. Many times they have gone above and beyond to ensure we were safely back on the road.
In and out for tired rotation in less than a half hour. Pretty darn good!
