Was there exactly one month ago and purchased a tire after I was told that “my warranty didn’t apply” to the current tire. Paid like $55.00. Called today to get SAME tire for other side and an alignment. Now was told that the tire is $110. It literally DOUBLED in price in one months time? I find that hard to believe. They’re not even that great of tires to begin with. That’s ridiculous. I will be taking my business elsewhere to get both the tires and alignment.
We stopped at Dobbs after a tire blew on the semi driving in front of us hit the front of our car and demolished it. We were in the middle of driving from Nashville, TN to Sioux Falls, SD after what had been a crappy vacation. An employee helped zip tie the front together so we could continue on our way without having any additional pieces fly off. They didn’t charge us. Thank you for your kindness today!
