The sales team at Wentzville location was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The building was clean. I am very satisfied with the tires purchased. It is a very busy business, it’s best if you can drop your vehicle off and pick up later the same day, but if you’re not able to drop off they are very good about working your vehicle in. Dobbs offers veterans a discount. I can trust that the job is completed correctly.
The Dobbs location in Wentzville was a great experience! After only have new tires for less then two weeks we got a screw in one of them! They were quick, super welcoming and never made me feel like they were too busy! Everyone working the front desk was super nice and even helped change the channel to cartoons for my daughter that was with me! I would definitely recommend that location!
Had a slow leak in one of my tires. They found the culprit and patched it up and I was on my way! Thanks so much!!! Will definitely be back for future tire needs.
They cared when I had emergency service needed! Gave me advice and arranged tow to the shop. Ordered parts and installed the next day. Let me know when parts were in and would be ready for pickup and then called when ready. Couldn’t ask for better service.
Dobbs in Wentzville did a GREAT JOB today. Manager Mike was especially helpful. Their team got me in and out with a tire change (20") on full size Chevy pickup with a lift kit. Great deal on Cooper XLT tires and alignment as well. Even used their lobby and wifi as a make shift office while I waited and got some work done! Thank you!
