I'm at Dobbs now. So far, I've waited over 2 1/2 hours for one tire for a Ford Explorer.
My husband and I take all of our vehicles to this Dobbs and we have for years. We have never had a bad experience. From replacing side mirrors, to door locks that jam, to brakes, they have done it all. They are honest and their customer service is top notch whether it is Mark, Mike, or anyone else at the counter or on the phone. They will always be our first call.
I don't usually write these, but wanted to say that this Dobbs got me in and out with a new tire in one hour. Usually when I get a flat tire, it is an all day affair. I am extremely impressed with their customer service and record speed. It is rare to find a business that values its customers and does everything it can to make them happy. Did I mention that I did not have an appointment to get the tire replaced and this occurred on a Sunday at 3pm. Dobbs closes at 5pm on Sunday and only has a few locations with Sunday hours.... read more
Stopped in to have them check out a trouble code I was getting. I knew what the code was and the average price for parts. We were getting ready for a trip and didn't have time to do it myself. Suddenly they wanted $2100 to replace both catalytic converters on my truck and when I asked the price breakdown the part which is an average of $300, they were charging over $750 and I told them I would go elsewhere but was still charged the $129 diagnostic fee.
