Matt C dropped off my car on Friday at Dobbs in Fenton and they lost the paperwork and keys to my Dodge Durango. Called Saturday afternoon and they have no record of my car or the key that I handed them on Friday. So dropped off a spare set of keys and they fixed the car. Then I brought the vehicle home on Sunday, and this morning the Durango was gone. Clearly someone took the paperwork with my name, phone number and address along with the key from within Dobbs and someone stole my vehicle from my house! This is very concern... read more
After driving from North Carolina by way of Atlanta Georgia this weekend, our car decided to overheat and dump a good amount of coolant in the parking lot where the Dobbs Auto Repair is located. We we're able to remove our cartop carrier just in time to get our into the their garage for the night. The mechanic called me about 8:10 am to let me know what caused my car to suddenly overheat...one of my coolant fans was not working. He quoted me a price. I had went to another car place to get my car looked at and they never could find what was wrong, a month later I was getting towed to Dobbs since it was close by and they found the issue the last place missed and fixed it. they were good with calling me with updates. They really saved the day.
I was visiting Saint Louis from out of town and had a flat tire. My car was loaded down from a trip to ikea and they went out of their way to access under the mat to put the donut tire back in place. Brad had me in and out in no time. Great customer service too.
