I wasn't expecting to buy 4 new tires yesterday, but I had to buy one, and the rest wouldn't have been too long coming, so I checked prices at a few other places and even on eBay, and when I went back in (the tires had to be ordered b/c of the size), Mike graciously offered me a better deal than the lowest I found elsewhere! I'm very pleased with the service, the friendliness, the up-front discussion of what needed to be done, and the speed with which it all happened. I'm very pleased!
I went in for a vibration that I knew was due to one bad strut. When I got the phone call about what needed to be done, manager Mike Knop mentioned everything I had gone in for and ONE additional charge, which should have put me around $300. When I left, I had a $900 bill I had to sign for if I wanted my car back. I'm never going there again, and I'll be sure to tell everyone in need of auto work to avoid them as well.
Friday night when driving home from work, I hit a curve and my tire was damaged. I arrived at DOBBS I wasn't the first one there but these guys got me taken care of fast I had to be somewhere by 8:30... from the time I made back to back phone calls to the time I showed up everyone said "Good Morning" and gave impeccable service. They need an appreciation award for all of the hard work, everyone who works at that location
