I am so hurt my church tried to get a building from them. We were told it needed work and we agreed to do the work, but what they fail to realize we have been in a pandemic for the last year and a half, our money was guaranteed but most of our members are seniors and on retirement or disability, they told us up front that they could not rent to us if they couldn't garnish you a paycheck.
