Ed was an extremely pleasant person to work with. My over all impression was customer first, make the experience great, and be human in a very corporate world.
Our church has been renting a storage unit for over a year . We also have a space outdoors. Thankfully to the kindness and help of the staff at Doane Road Storage, we have always had all of our questions answered and plenty of help from them. Ed has been especially kind, with our new indoor storage unit rental.
