Great Company- Great People
Bought a truck over o month ago had to sign the contract 3 Times. They lied about having to have gap insurance I took delivery of truck in the rain (they couldn’t pull it in the shop) they floor mats where missing and now my temporary registration is about to expire and I still haven’t received my permanent they tell they sent it out yesterday. So now I my have to take my 50,000 truck and park it when I paid for a service and it took them a month to do it less than 1 star
Good service all about the customer experience the tech came over and service writer and we talk about my vehicle needs.
Drove an hour and 45 mins to look at a truck that they said was still available the day before. Got there and come to find out it sold not just a few days prior but at least a week or more ago. Spoke with sales rep for a bit who honestly acted like He could care less to try and see what they could do for me as far as trade in went. Frustrated I walked out the door and as I was pulling away the sales rep was outside texting on cell phone.
I agree with so many before me if i could give less than one star I would. Response time is ridiculous, they are rude and haven’t fixed an oil leak in 4 visits. I can’t stress enough stay away from this dealership

I think a 3 star is proper because their sales team was great and deserved 5 stars, but their service dept including the GM for a lack of a callback deserves 1. Business shouldn't stop once you buy the car, you won't get repeat customers that way. Your service dept. is going to lose you those repeat customers.
