The customer service department is very unprofessional. If you write a negative review. Which they solicit by the way. They will delete it. Very hot headed customer service in my opinion. I won't do business with them again.

This review is for Do My Own Peat Comtrol. I wish I hadn't ordered from this company. The product never arrived and when I called them about it they blamed me for not "keeping track of my packages." Their customer service representatives (I spoke with three different ones) refused to send me a replacement package for a $22 dollar order. This company has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Don't waste your money or your time!! Order from someone else.
Very friendly customer service and fast order delivery, very satisfied.
