Great company happy to find them. Have issues with bedbugs and tenant that doesn't cooperate with treatment and prep.Awesome customer service and products. Thanks guys!

Wish I had read these reviews first. I bought a net from them which was misrepresented. They claim it is for catching birds and small animals, but when I got it, it is clearly a fishing net (it says "Perfect for kayak fishing" on the label, but mentions nothing about catching small animals.) I took it out of the sealed poly bag and unfolded it. I could see it wasn't what I needed, but then I read their return policy. It has to be unopened for them to accept a return. That's just crazy! Our customer was sent the incorrect item and a pre-paid shipping label has been sent to her to return the item and she will receive a full refund. We had not been contacted prior to the review so she was unaware of the easy and fair solution available to her.

I'm hoping this goes to Management because you have an internal problem which might fall under false information. First I would like to express how impressed I was with the consultation with your Tech re: dry wood termite control AND the speed of the delivery. At least I WAS impressed with the first Tech but, the second Tech undid everything the first Tech said. The customer service department is very unprofessional. If you write a negative review. Which they solicit by the way. They will delete it. Very hot headed customer service in my opinion. I won't do business with them again.
