This company took a fraudulent credit card!! A few purchases were made with my credit card when I never made a purchase obviously this was not checked!

Absolutely horrible customer service! I've been going back and forth with them for months, and they're still refusing to send me the correct product. Instead, they're demanding that I return their mistake before they'll even consider sending the right one. It's clear that they only care about their own interests, not about resolving the issue or providing decent customer service. I purchased a fogger from them. It was out of the return window by a few weeks so they told me to reach out to the manufacturer as it was still under warranty.Which is totally acceptable.After getting no support from the manufacturer I left a review on their website. It was critical of the fogger.I just went back to purchase pest supplies only to see they never posted my review of the fogger.So whatever you read on their website reviews just know they manipulated them for at least one customer, and I can be alone.

They should be investigated for fraud. It's been happening for years, and they haven't even tried to fix it. Select "Lowest" on their ****** reviews, and you'll see the same shipping lies over and over again. On here, it goes back to 2021. They're shameless.I placed an order on their website at 5 am yesterday, and I paid $9.99 extra for "2-day shipping." Ran out of proper pesticide during a voracious Armyworm invasion. All local sources were out of product, and selling "good as" products that just won't work as intended. Found what I needed on DoMyOwn.com, along with a better herbicide and some other product that I wanted to try. I feel the price was a bit high, but considering the dire need, more than fair. Shipping was fast and accurate, all products received without damage. Depending on my clients needs and available supplies, I may be using their services again very soon... read more

Not a trustworthy company. Order date was early June 2021. The incompetence leans toward deception considering their website promised shipping.. it's used to generate orders without the means to fulfill the orders by dates advertised. Expect delays with excuses, and of course it's not their own fault. They have a borderline scam thing going on.. something's odd how quickly they want to cancel the orders.. wish I'd never given them my credit card information.

I placed an order for a product on Do My Own Pest Control.com on 04/07/2021, after about a week I called to see why I had not received a conformation of my order. They told me the product was out of stock and did not expect to have it in stock in the near future. I told them they should have contacted me to let me know that, and to cancel the order.
