One of the worst place to deliver load, ladies at check in counter are rude and disrespectful. For 12:45 appointment it’s 12:30 and still not given door even though i m the only truck in yard.
Directions were pretty easy to get to, parking lot was pretty tight due to it being loaded with trailers. Only issue was finding the door to check in at had a trailer blocking it making it difficult to find the door. Until they move that trailer just know the check in door is behind it.
Slow us always for years by appointment no restroom
Friendly people to deal with. Decent unloading time. Not as tight as I thought it would be.
