Poor poor customer service. Had an appt and for 2 hours I waited & I even called 3x that day to make sure someone was coming. Finally someone answered and he said his boss said they couldn't come out because my chimney was never cleaned before. First of all, I informed them it was cleaned two years ago and if they couldn't come someone should have called. No apologies and I had to ask for an apology twice before I got one. I gave them a 2nd chance and rescheduled, yes not a wise move. They came half an hour after he alotted ... read more

The people were very knowledgable, friendly and professional. They explained in details about chimney maintenance like a pro. FYI, we are the first time fireplace users. We felt very safe and taken care of by the people of this company. I very much recommend them to anyone.

The vendor should provide floor protection for the work. Also, the vacuum cleaner filter was dirty and left soot residue in the boiler room.
