Knowledgeable technician and clear with plan where chimney lining was replaced, cover installed and bricks repaired, pictures taken of repairs not visible on roof... discount offered help seal the deal and work completed in a timely manner and good cleanup... one less housing issue!!

The reason I've marked them down is not because of the work that was done. I needed a new chimney cap to replace one that was blown off in a windstorm. But getting someone out to look at it was like pulling teeth. I had THREE no-shows without a call to let me know they couldn't make it. They FINALLY got their act together and sent someone out when I complained loudly and told them I was going with someone else because they couldn't keep their word. THAT got the owner to contact me, and he put me in touch with ... read more
