Previous experience was very positive Previous experience was very positive. In the past he had installed carpet, wood floors and new flooring in he bathroom. I had a unique problem with urine odor in my garage. Duane said he could take care of it He had all of my cabinets removed (which I truly appreciated) but was unable even after two tries to get the odor removed. I was charged for both trials and we did negotiate a lower price since the problem was not taken care of.

DNA did it on budget DNA changed out all the floors in our 8 year old home. They removed wood floors, carpet and tile and replaced it with 20 in ceramic tile set on the diagonal. Carpet was replaced in the bedrooms. It was a big job and DNA did it on budget, on time, and with great care for our existing home, furniture and property. Truly professional I would not even hesitate to call them again for any flooring need.
