First of all, I work in a school as a tech specialist, so I have some experience with hardware repair. When the power button on my daughter's laptop stopped functioning, however, I didn't trust myself to crack open the case to fix it (I'm much more comfortable with desktop repair). terrible customer service If you don't mind losing your computer for 3- 4 weeks ... bring it here! Then be prepared to have your head chewed off for calling on the status after that 4 weeks (when they've told you 2-3 days). If you're lucky you won't receive the barrage of nasty emails telling you how incompetent you are on a computer. I run a small business and would never dream of treating a customer so poorly.
