Since we moved into our house earlier this year our garage door kept breaking. Wheels falling off the tracks, the door crumping mid lift, etc. Finally one of the wheels broke completely off and we were out of luck. Thus the calling around to find a company began. D and L were quick to get an appoontment with. The installer was very knowledgeable, COVID standards were followed and he was very efficent in the installation of my new garage door opener. He took time to tell me about the features and warranty of my purchase.
Kept us updated on our order before installation. Very friendly and great installers that did the work
D&L rep showed us how a different company’s repairman had changed settings in order to make us think the motor wasn’t strong enough to raise the door. It would cost $800 to replace everything. We couldn’t afford it so we said just put it back the way it was. They didn’t and it wouldn’t open at all. Then they blocked our calls when we said they had to come back and fix what they did.
