RUN JUST RUN! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN. MOVE ON. I have never worked with a company where NO ONE answers the phone nor can you get a response from an email. RUN.... I have been with this company for years because it was easy for me not to look for another company, but shame on me. This poor customer service has increasingly gotten worst. To the point where you can no longer email Todd the owner and nor does Todd the owner contact you or will he address a problem or situation. Let's just focus on the facts. If DK was so bad, why did Ms. **** stay with DK for 8 years? ****'s last tenant was in the property for 4 years. Not once did the tenant pay late. DK also got **** rent increases every year. All approved work order requests were completed in a timely fashion. Quarterly home inspections were completed. Great tenants placed . Great rent increases. Great repair management. Never late paying owner in 8 years. Never late sending accurate monthly statements in 8 years. Those are the facts Ms. *****

I have been a landlord for more than 20 years. I always self-managed but I thought I would give these guys a shot. It could not have been a bigger mistake. They only seemed interested in placing a tenant. Any tenant. The individual they placed in my home brought a very serious roach infestation. It cost me several hundred dollars to mitigate it. Unfortunately this owner is being vindictive because he owes DKRentals.net money. The owner asked DKRentals.net to turn utilities on in DK's name as a favor to him. As a courtesy, we did just that. The owner then refused to reimburse DK for the utility bills that DK paid for the owner. After months of trying to get reimbursed for these bills, DK was forced to send Mr Turro to collections. Once he realized we sent him to collections, he decided to retaliate by writing the untrue story above. The tenant moved out July 2019. Wh... read more

Unprofessional. Condescending. Unscrupulous place of business. The quality of your experience with this property management company is strictly based on the initial quality of the property you lease, and unbeknownst to you the financial relationship the owner has with the company. Direct questions will go unanswered and the communication received will leave much desired; and is often ambiguous when it pertains to something they are responsible for. There is no hesitation to threaten fee's if you don't hold up your end of the... read more

We have made multiple attempts to reach Dr ** about this situation, but he refuses to have any dialogue with us. First off all, we no longer manage this property. Dr ** was notified of this, yet he still wrote us up Secondly, when we did manage his apartment, the owner refused to pay for the repair of the garbage disposal. If the owner refuses a repair, there is nothing we can do. We can't force an owner to spend his money. The tenant was made aware of this as well. If the tenant wants to bad mouth anyone, he should write up... read more

How is it this business has 5 complaints against it and DKRental's response was not acceptable to the homeowner or renters yet they still have an A-rating?! I had a similar problem with DKRentals billing me for repairs to my home not completed and then refusing to refund the amount overbilled, not responding to phone calls or emails, making mysterious reference to additional charges without providing an invoice, and becoming completely unresponsive? I was so uncomfortable doing business with DKRentals and I feel 100% ripped ... read more

Unfortunately Ms. ***** did not read the estimate given to her. The estimate clearly stated that materials were not included in the estimate for the work performed. DKRentals provided Ms. ***** with copies of the Home Depot receipts. She never denied that these materials were used. The truth is that Ms. ***** owes DKRentals and refuses to pay her bill. She also broke her contract. DKRentals had every right to charge her a $300 cancellation fee per the terms of the contract but, in good faith, did not charge her the $300. She... read more
