In my opinion: Kelly Flessner was named the Guardian at litem in my case. I was absolutely appalled at her lack of regard for the facts presented to her but rather focused on issues (medical) outside of her expertise. She refused to submit an update to the official report issued to the court after she realized her research was not as thorough as it should have been. In my opinion: Kelly was named in the petition to act as a Guardian at litem. I believe she really didn't advocate for my daughter. I got the impression that she was more concerned with advocating on magen mertes and her clients behalf (almost like kelly and mertes have a partnership).she made inaccurate recommendations that were stereotypical. She avoided addressing any of the real issues.
