My hygienist was very competent and through. The best!
My six month follow-up was unexpectedly pleasant. I thought I would be nervous because my regular hygienist had left but my new one name is Mary and I think she is simply the best: She is patient, listens, gentle compassionate. and knowledgeable. I can honestly say I have found a dental center that has customer service to perfection. When I first started here I had to have pre-medication help for extreme anxiety. Occasionally I even needed to use the gas to alleviate the still present anxiety. But with the help of Dr. Oleig, Dr. Levi and their whole amazing team; I am able to sit through a whole appointment without needing several breaks and only using the numbing shots. I have left many reviews for SFD but this one is especially for Louri agh the check out desk. I went inside today last minute because I needed a letter for my son on letterhead and not only did she do it for me last minute and on the spot, she went above and beyond. I didn’t even expect it to be done the same day even though I needed it right away. I know sometimes you have to wait a day or two for these things but she did it with no problem and on the spot.
