My Hygienist was Lisa. She was Exceptional! She kind, inviting, patient thorough, and gentle. I had a late appointment but she didn't try to rush me through. She was informative, advised me along the way, offered suggestions, and was invested in my oral care. Personal care and hygiene were appropriate. (You'd be surprised of encounters I've had in the past, that those things weren't important). I've been coming here for about 2-3 years now and this was by far my BEST appointment. Wow ! ! Fast, courteous, friendly, & professional service.
I came in for a dental emergency! Jackie took the appointment and got me in in 1 hour! Went to the reception area and turned my paperwork in and paid my office visit for a new patient, which was extremely reasonable. Barb the hygienist went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. Dr. Ballani, was fantastic and made me feel confident in the decision I made! I cant wait to see the final results. I arrived to the office about 15 minutes late and I called ahead to let them know I would be running late and they said it was okay. I then waited in the waiting room for approximately 15 minutes before I was taken back to get my cleaning. The dental hygienist said that she probably would not be doing my cleaning because I was more then 15 min late.
