Update: while the situation with my husband a few days ago was very frustrating I do appreciate Joan reaching out to my husband personally and attempting to right the wrong of the employee. Was in an accident in November and had to have work done. Got my truck back December 5th and have nothing but problems since. My truck wouldn’t even start today. Had my husband look and they didn’t even put the battery back in the holder correctly. Corrosion all over and they stripped the terminal. Real nice. Now it’s my daughters birthday party and snow storm and I can’t even get my truck to start. 7k worth of work not even to be able to drive it now.
try not charging 175.00 dollars to towe a car 1.5 miles as your driver Joel hobz blottenburger did. when the car was completely drivable to our mechanic. scam!
