My husband is seeing Dr. Neil Mcgarry and he has been great until now. When he refilled his prescription he was told it is no longer being manufactured and was given the name of the replacement. He has called and spoke with the doctor’s medical assistant(to no avail)on multiple occasions to find out what he needs to do to get the new RX. I was sent as a referral from my new primary doctor. I have weird symptoms that haven't been able to be diagnosed for 5 years. My primary wanted to have tests ran for Cushing's while also checking the rest of my endocrine system. First of all they are impossible to get ahold of. I missed their first call to set up the appointment and then spent over a month constantly calling to try and get the appointment set but they never answered or called back until about a month and a half of waiting. The worst customer service entitled medical service I have received. They have canceled my appointments without my knowledge they make you wait 1015 minutes before your appointment and when you are three minutes over your appointment time they won’t see you. I’ve also experienced the no callbacks and the entitlement of these individuals working there has to be the worst. I wasn’t HR Director for 35 years and have never experience search lack of customer service in this field.

I tried for 3 weeks to make an appointment. When they finally returned my phone calls they would not tell me if they do or do not bill at the Medicare rates. I cancelled all apointments with them today April 30 2026. update: They called this morning and verified that the patients are 100% responsible for all charges billed in excess of insurance coverage. They agreed to cancel all of my appointments 5_1_2026.
