I highly recommend Division 9 for home inspection. They were responsive, easy to work with, and prompt in delivering the inspection report, which was both thorough and easily understandable for a new homeowner. I will use Division 9 for my next inspection.
In my opinion, there are not finer group of home inspectors than Matt Pia and Steve Kowatic w/Division 9. I recommend them to any and every homeowner and they do absolutely stellar work for my Buyer Clients. Bravo!

I highly advise looking elsewhere for your home inspection. PLEASE READ if you are considering them for an inspection. I was a first-time house buyer and did not know what to expect from the home inspection process. Needless to say I will be using someone else next time!
