This business is very responsive and helped me with any question I had regarding scheduling the appointment. They were able to work around my schedule and was there on time. Mr. M. was very courteous and did a thorough job and explained his findings in detail and even explained things that I can do for routine maintenance and prevention. He was very informative and will be using this company for any inspection needs and will tell any friends of mine that need an inspection to come to this company. They are wonderful.
We highly recommend this company. In fact, don't even consider purchasing a house without doing an inspection with this company. Not only we found a lot of defects with the house, we found out the sellers were not truthful on several disclosure questions which would affect the value of the house significantly.

I received such great service with Divinity. I used them for an inspection of a home for purchase. They gave me a thorough inspection and explanation of what was needed and why. When I called to say thank you the inspector went through the each finding with me on the phone giving me additional advice. They are "Divine".
Knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. Ludwig and Scott came to inspect ON A SUNDAY! Ludwig and his team arrived early and got down to business leaving nothing unturned or overlooked. As the inspection came to its end, Ludwig went over everything him and Scott observed in the house and provided tips to helping me save money and suggested how to fix some things. Inspector was very prompt and extremely helpful. Inspector reviewed pictures to show what my homes deficiencies were and potentially the cost might be to fix the deficiencies. The inspector even recommended an alternative to my current pool heating system. I would recommend divinity inspection services to anyone needing any type of inspection.
