I left the inspector Brain S. my phone number and asked if anything came up or if they had any questions to please contact me. And to call me once they were done with the inspection so that I could set the alarm in my house via my phone app. They were late to get started due to the potential buyer having a 15 minute conversation with them prior to starting the inspection. I was upset for a year and am finally getting to posting this. Divinity did my home inspection and pool inspection and missed several things that could have been seen with the eye that should have been pointed out to me. As a result, I ended up in a house that turned into a catastrophe - and was told by Divinity that they were things he couldn't have found. We were very pleased with the home inspection we received from Divinity. It was quite thorough. The report was user-friendly and detailed, with many helpful explanations and suggestions. The cost was moderate and well worthwhile. We believe Divinity is a top-notch choice for home inspections.

Very professional they checked everything. Great feedback on the reports with thermal testing, photography and recommendations for repair or service. Top notch inspection company. I work as a quality assurance evaluator for Construction projects With the DoD and I give them a 5 star rating.

I rarely give five stars; all *TEN* are fully earned and well deserved! I'm moving from Connecticut, so the rules I'm accustomed to are somewhat different. Outstanding service! Scheduled wind mitigation inspection within 2 days of request on a Saturday! Inspector knowledgeable, thoughtful, observant, and courteous. Received report in 24 hours. Office extremely helpful to facilitate my gathering necessary information to handle an additional credit. I recommend them without qualification!
