I am in OH trying to buy a house in FL. Hired them based on reviews. They did the inspection, but it is incomplete (what windows are broken, and don't open, etc.) Several things in the report don't match. Some places say the flat roof has several years left, and one section says the roof is at the end of its life expectancy, and needs replaced. May I just say wow! Experienced, thorough, friendly, caring. The gentleman that did our inspection was absolutely amazing. He checked every nook and cranny and really made me feel confident. I will highly recommend this company all the way from the ladies taking the phone calls to the inspectors absolutely fantastic.

I contacted the company and was coming in from out of state to have a house inspected. I wasn't sure what to expect when we arrived I was very very pleased and impressed with Chuck.
