This is the best dental practice ever. Friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Always answer questions thoroughly and with kindness. Dr. Clancy makes me feel at ease and reassured that I will be well taken care of. The hygienists are amazing.
Dr. Clancy is a fantastic dentist, I would highly recommend his services.
My husband and I were patients of Dr. Clancy until last year. We always came in on time and paid ahead with credit card as requested by the office. I had to cancel an appointment due to the stomach flu and they charged me a $58 fee. When I told them I had the stomach flu, their response was "out hygienist use gloves and mask so you can still come in". I told them that is impossible and they still charged me the fee. The best dental practice, great staff, always on time.
I went for my regular cleaning and was told that I couldn't be seen because I wouldn't give her my SS #. I have been going to this dentist office for years but Dr. Clancy has taken it over a couple of years ago.. Why would your dentist need a SS #? No idea. They have all my information on file including my credit card that they insisted remain on file for any services not covered even though I have great dental insurance. Dr. Clancy exemplifies such professionalism in his dental practice. Caring, attentive, thoughtful are just a few of the words I would use to describe him. Dr. Clancy explains whatever dental work he plans to do in your mouth. The crowns I had done were finished in one appointment. The root canals that Dr. Clancy did for me were painless and also done in one appointment. The dental staff are so pleasant and very accommodating. I highly recommend this dental office.
I love Dr. Clancy & his incredible support team! The office is run efficiently, the practice is populated with friendly, personable professionals, my dental care is excellent. I moved my children (now adults) to this practice several years ago because I was so pleased with my own care. I highly recommend Cosmetic and Esthetic Dentistry.
