This place is a mess. I went in 4hr before they close for a full set and a pedicure thinking this would be an acceptable amount of time. First was the pedicure which took about 15 minutes…couldn’t even finish an episode of my show before I was done. Minimal scrubbing, reshaped my nails (not requested) one is square the other is round. I stopped going here because the work was never up to par for the price I was paying. They had been doing well on my bestie so I figured I’d go with her and give it a shot. Well of course, a bad job was done once again. All of my nails have chipped -the actual acrylic-, the shape is awful, some point up, some point down, none of them are even. My first pedicure EVER! I was a bit nervous as I have no experience with pedicures. I was mostly worried it might hurt, especially to clean up my cuticles. Turns out my fear was unfounded. Mimi did an EXCELLENT job! She took her time & was very thorough. Very pleased with the results! I'll definitely be returning, and asking for Mimi.

Got there at 9:45. Pedicure timely and great. Sat for 15 minutes waiting for nails while they waited on 3 walk-ins AFTER me. Technician very friendly however not focused. Rushed. No base coat and didn't smooth edges after polishing. Told me to rub my cuticle with oil.
