Not happy with the service and rudeness I was given today. Came in for a color change due to a pedicure I received by them Saturday and the lady was very nasty towards me, speaking negative about me in their native language to the point other workers looked at me and made me very uncomfortable. I pay and tip every service did not appreciate this at all. I will not be back
I have been coming here for at least 7 years and I always get great service! My nail tech, Kelly is wonderful and knows exactly what I want, and when it’s time to get me to try a different color! . I always get dip powder, and Almost always a nude color. There is one nail tech that I am uncomfortable with when Kelly is away, as my nails are always not done properly by her, I voiced my concerns and was taken care of properly. Had an appointment for 12 o’clock didn’t get seated until almost 12 x 12 31. I was getting up and leaving because nobody attended to me. This is a bad place to go and get your nails done. They’re slow and inconsistent.
What a wonderful experience! I came here with 4 kids one being 9months old, the entire staff was so helpful and so welcoming. They were very patient with my 6 and 3 yr old. They even held my 9month old at times. I can’t say enough good things! I only got Kenny and Lee’s name and they did a fabulous job on our nails the shape and design were spot on! The others did great on my daughters as well 🩷 I’m very pleased and highly recommend. We can’t wait to come back again
