RecommendedThese folx were already great, and they are working hard to stay great during this pandemic. Phone check in from the car, handoff of your furbaby at the door, phone convo during the the exam, phone checkout, emailing for updates and advising. Great continuity of care and making clients feel safe in this tense time. 💯💯💯
I cannot express how great the staff here are. I take my dogs to Dr Evans and LOVE her. I first started going to them in April 2019 when I needed a 2nd opinion bc my 9 month old Havanese was experiencing a terrible cough. I got told 3 times from her first vet it was "allergies," but after almost 4 weeks of this I needed a 2nd opinion. This was my first visit with Dr. Evans and she was able to accurately diagnose and treat my puppy. We brought our large breed Maine coon in for a neuter. I was very nervous about placing DJ under anesthesia, but Dr. Evans was simply amazing. Kept us updated and when we brought DJ home he acted as if he never went to the vet! So grateful for the caring staff at District Vet. They care for cats at the same level as dogs, which is refreshing.

One of the best. Very caring and do a great job getting you in when they can. They are busy but work with you. Glad it is right down the road from my house!!!!
We have been going to District Vet for 3 years and we have been super pleased with the staff and doctors. We moved to VA and still come here. It's nice to have 2 locations and they treat you and your pet like family. We have a frenchie and trust them with our tough medical breed.
They're knowledgeable, show concern for your pet, will be up front with you regarding your options. They are super responsive to emails and calls. They now have two offices so even more flexibility.
They are so nice, their space is so great for my kitties and I love how the staff love on them.
