The District office team is a "hoot"
Like any apartment complex, there will be pros and cons. The District staff has been nothing but helpful and friendly to me and my roommates since I moved in. Great location and great amenities! Yeah it can be loud sometimes because you are living with a bunch of crazy college kids, but you learn to go to the library.
The management and maintenance staff are awful. Everything breaks and the walls are paper thin. Your packages will sit in the office for 10 days and you will not be notified. I've had flowers die sitting waiting to be delivered to me.
