Great apartment, great staff and modern living I love it !
I love living here! Management is great and has handled all our problems exceptionally well. The units are nice and having your own bathroom attached to your bedroom is great! It is also cleaner than most other college apartments. It can sometimes be a little noisy but thats normal for college, overall great experience and great staff.
Currently studying abroad in Italy. Looking to sublease 2 rooms for the spring semester at the District. Let me know if interested.
If you never want to sleep (cus who needs sleep when you can just bump shit music all day, where literally the ground trembles til 3am), enjoy living in filth (vomit in the elevator every weekend), swimming in semen (since I guess having sex in public, in the hot tub is the new thing), then this place is just right for you.
This is my 2nd yr living here. They've done a great job of finding roommates for me. The amenities are great, though the wifi and cable can be annoying. 90% of the time maintenance is on top of your requests and management is great. It's a bunch of college students so expect dirty hallways and loudness on the weekends. Depending on where you live the train can be loud. The walls are paper thin which is annoying. I is not safe.we were promised it was safe..by the manager in the office .in less then 30 days m6 bike,was taken apart in pieces .bike was stolen in pieces inside the garage on fifth floor and even after reporting it pieces of my bike were still stolen that were not glues down said there are cameras but we do not see any except at entrance
