The location is great. Close to campus and right next the street car stop. Like any student complex there will be noise problems and people being stupid but usually I only get it on Weekends or I sleep right through it. Everyone that works here has been a big help and is super friendly.
The district is clearly the best place to live if you're trying to have the best year of your life! Solid rooms, solid people and never a dull moment!
The District is a very nice apartment complex! It is in a perfect location, less than a mile from the University of Arizona campus and basically right on 4th ave. It offers some great amenities such as a nice fitness center, a luxurious looking pool, etc. I have been beyond pleased with everything so far and would definitely recommend living here.
it is for sure a good location, close to school and to the bars. Downside is you can hear the train honks 24/7 especially at night. I'm a heavy sleeper so that doesn't bother me. Everything else is alright.
Everything has been great since move-in day; no unexpected bills, maintenance work, etc. It can be a little loud at times, but you are living in a student housing complex. With that said, the faculty and students are all friendly, fun environment to be around, and really close to campus. No complaints here.
The apartment rooms are pretty comfortable and spacious! Its also very close to campus, so you can easily walk or bike to class.
My second year living in here, no regrets. Great place to live the living rooms are nice and the bedrooms really comfortable. Great location because is close to campus and also to 4th. I will recommend to anyone.
This apartment complex is terrible! It is loud, the management is terrible, and the internet NEVER works. Signing a lease here will be the worst decision of your life. They just take advantage of students.
Currently I am typing this on my phone because the management cant seem to fix the internet that has been broken for months. The walls are paper thin. I strongly regret even considering a lease at this place. Run... run as fast as you can from The District and their "friendly" management.
