Every time I come home to the district, I can't help thinking about how prime it is: Tons of amenities, awesome helpful staff, perfect location. In every aspect of what makes an apartment complex one-of-a-kind, the District delivers.
The District is crazy well located! The office staff is awesome and the maintenance guys are fast and knowledgeable! The staff also puts on hangout/food events, which is awesome. And since the UA rec center is always so packed, the apartment gym is a great asset!!! Thanks District on 5th!
This is a great place to live. Its my first year at school and Im very happy I picked here instead of the dorms. The staff has been very helpful to me so far.
The District has exceeded all my expectations. The complex is very close to campus and has a variety of nice amenities. The gym is great, the pool is nice and relaxing, and the game room is always a good time. The staff is always friendly and willing to help you with whatever you need. I have had no bad experiences while living at the District, and I would definitely recommend it. Overall, a great place to live!
Been living here for about a month now and I am extremely happy with the set-up and the awesome friends that live around me. The District yields a lot more perks than it does negatives and I couldn't imagine living anywhere else. Definitely going to be my recommendation to my younger friends looking for a place to live in Tucson.
Overall good place to live. The location is nice and its walking distance to the street car and the cat tran. It's also very close to 4th avenue so there are plenty of restaurants, shops, and bars nearby. Downside is that it is very loud and it can get pretty gross on the weekends with all of the parties.
The district is a one of a kind apartment complex that provides students with amazing experiences while living there. Compared to all other student housing at the U of A, the district is by far the front runner.
The District is great! This is my second year living here, and I do not regret it. Management in nice and maintenance is relatively fast. I love the individual leases so I never have to worry about my rent changing. They also hold occasional event that are always fun to go to too!
